Blotto Pizza restaurant in Capitol Hill, Seattle, is a must-try for all pizza lovers. The co-founders, Jordan Koplowitz and Cal Hoffmann use only the freshest ingredients from local producers, including sausage from Olsen Farms, cheese from Cascadia Creamery, and grains from Skagit Valley. 

Blotto’s thin-crust New York and Neapolitan-style pizzas are cooked to perfection, and the menu features a variety of unique and delicious pies. The current menu features a fennel sausage pie and one topped with pickled leeks, lemon cream, and chilli oil. 

Blotto is open Wednesdays from noon to 5 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. It accepts walk-ins and phone orders only and has counter service with very limited onsite seating.

Cornelly Pizza Restaurant in Capitol Hill, Seattle, is designed primarily for dine-in table service and bar seating. Owners Brett Phillips and Sam Carroll started Cornelly in the Fall of 2020. Cornelly plays to the vegetarian crowd with seasonal vegetable options like squash to mushroom toppings. 

The classic Pepperoni still rules here with their gooey mozzarella cheese holding together tangy pork drippings. Every Sunday, Cornelly sells Detroit-style pizza, with cheese caramelized delisciously into the crust. Cornelly’s potato salad is creamy and flavorful, a perfect side dish to any of the pizzas.

Don’t expect to ring through your booking or order here though, as there is no business phone. Instead all bookings and orders must be made online.

Bar Cotto is a cozy cocktail bar and beautifully decored restaurant in Capitol Hill Seattle, with an impressive selection of wood-fired pizza, classic pasta, house-cured meats and cocktails. The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends. There are only 35 seats available, with reservations only available for groups of 6 or more. Krista and David Nelson started Hot Mamas Pizza restaurant in Capitol Hill, Seattle, in 1995, and it has been the go-to spot for authentic NY-style pizza in Seattle. People come from all over to try their famous pesto pizza, and they’re never disappointed. The cheese pies are perfectly cooked, and the pepperoni is hot and delicious. 

The wine, beer, and margaritas are the perfect accompaniment to any meal, and the coffee is always hot and great tasting. The staff are professional and reflect the style and character of the restaurant. They provide terrific service at reasonable prices in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

Olympia Pizza and Spaghetti House III opened its doors to the Capitol Hill neighborhood in September 1989, tirelessly serving its loyal patrons for over 25 years. Olympia III has a cozy personal family atmosphere.
In January 2010,  Olympia Pizza III joined Harry’s Bar with a restoration of  Angels carved from mahogany in the late 1800s, gazing silently over an extensive array of spirits, busy staff and festive guests.
